Request for an Interpretation of Ordinance which requires Minimum Yard Setbacks of 40 feet front, 15 feet side and 35 feet rear in the R-2, One Family Residential Zoning District. The Interpretation requested is for the Side yard Setback requriement for applicant's Lot #10 of the Pinecreek Estates. The Planning Department has determined that Lot #10 is a corner lot fronting on two public right-of-ways, and as such, a 25-foot setback is required on the side yard abutting the secondary public right-of-way - File No. 00-034 - 3725 Rosewood Lane, being Lot #10 of the Pinecreek Estates, located south of Tienken, west of Adams, Parcel No. 15-07-100-016, zoned R-2, One Family Residential, F&M Construction, Inc., Applicant
