Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts an Amended and Restated Pedestrian Pathway Easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement, and public use of the pedestrian pathway on, under, through and across land more particularly described as parcel #15-15-451-011, granted by Rochester University, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, whose address is 800 W. Avon Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for Rochester University Townhomes (aka The Groves).
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
