Proclamation in Recognition of Gerard Verschueren

Whereas, Gerard and Maria Verschueren have been Rochester Hills residents for twenty years; and
Whereas, Mr. Verschueren has steadfastly served the City of Rochester Hills by serving on numerous Boards, Commissions and Committees including the Water and Sewer Technical Review Committee, the Historic Districts Study Committee, the Liquor License Technical Review Committee and the Administrative and Information Services Committee; and
Whereas, Mr. Verschueren was appointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) in 1997 and is still actively serving on the ZBA; and
Whereas, during all his years of service, Mr. Verschueren has generously given of his time, talents and expertise to keep the City of Rochester Hills the preeminent place to live, work and raise a family.
Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the Mayor and City Council of Rochester Hills hereby recognize Gerard Verschueren and express their gratitude for his many years of service to the City of Rochester Hills.
