Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby conveys a right of way easement to the Oakland County Drain Commissioner, Building 95 West, One Public Works Drive, Waterford, MI 48328-1907 for Nancy Dingledey Drain, for the drain crossing of the railroad/trailway near the proposed M-59 interchange with Adams Road described as Parcel No 15-29-176-008.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
