Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Sewer System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills, Pulte Homes of Michigan LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 2808 Livernois Road, Building D, Suite 320, Troy, MI 48083, and Rochester University, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, whose address is 800 West Avon Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for Rochester University Townhomes (aka the Groves), Parcel #15-15-451-011 and #15-15-451-012.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
