Body

Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the purchase of emergency extrication equipment which includes six (6) spreaders, six (6) cutters, six (6) rams, twenty-eight (28) replacement batteries, software and related accessories to MacQueen, Delafield, Wisconsin in the amount of $279,400.00.

 

Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
