Resolved, that an Ordinance to amend Section 138-705 of Chapter 138 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan to modify the side yard setback requirement in the CI Commercial Improvement District, to repeal conflicting ordinances and prescribe a penalty for violations is hereby accepted for Second Reading and Adoption and shall become effective on Friday March 7, 2003, the day following its publication on Thursday, March 6, 2003 in the Rochester-Eccentric Newspaper.
