Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order to Florence Cement Company of Shelby Township, Michigan, as the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder for Adams Road Pathway Project in the amount of $180,452.50 with a 10% Contingency in the amount of $18,045.25 to allow for quantity adjustments based on final measurements verified in the field.
Further Resolved that signing of the contract be contingent upon submittal of acceptable bonds, insurance and any additional documents required by the City of Rochester Hills under the terms and conditions of the contract.
Further Resolved that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute the contract on behalf of the City once all terms and conditions of contract are met.
