Request: The applicant is requesting a variance from Section 138-10.101 Attached Accessory Structures which requires any accessory structure located within ten (10) feet of a main building to be considered attached and therefore having to meet the applicable side and rear setbacks of the main building.  The applicant is requesting a setback of eight and one-half (8.5) feet from the main building and if the variance is granted, it would allow the side and rear setbacks for the proposed pavilion to be consistent with those of a detached accessory structure.</description><pubDate>Wed, 06 May 2026 12:53:46 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
