Resolved, that the Minutes of the Green Space Advisory Board Meeting held on September 22, 2020 be approved as presented.

Matt Einheuser gave the staff report. This past month, Cardno has been working primarily on Phragmites and finalizing late season treatment
plans and projects with staff. Much of the remaining rest of the year will focus on finishing up Innovation Hills Greenspace to the point that all initial treatments will have been done and this site, in future years, will consist of primarily only follow-up treatments. Additionally, this should be the case at Ruby as well. The remainder of work will be at Harding and expanding the woody invasive treatment area.
Staff assisted with developing and presenting GSAB update to City Council last Monday. Good Job Darlene.
Phragmites treatments through the City Phragmites program have been completed; we had a total of 12 HOAs/residents. This year, the city also sprayed local ROW locations as well.
The project to block the cutoff channel that has formed around Yates Dam was a success and has been completed.
The City partnered with the Clinton River Watershed Council to put on a Volunteer Native Seed Collection workshop in Avon Nature Area. They had 20+ volunteers show up on Oct. 17th for the collection. Staff looks to do this again in 2021, likely on one of our green space sites.

Matt Einheuser mentioned a letter that was received from Mrs. Lawless.
