Location:    1608 Black Maple Dr., located at the southwest corner of Black Maple Dr. and Sugar Pine, Parcel No. 15-16-126-011, zoned R-2 One Family Residential.

Request:    A Variance of 9.67 feet from Section 138-5.100 (Schedule of Regulations) of the Code of Ordinances, which requires a 35-foot rear yard setback in the R-2 zoning district.  The application for a covered, screened porch shows a rear yard setback of 25.33 feet.
