will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 7:30 a.m. to discuss regular business.  This meeting will take the place of the Regular Meeting of April 8, 2021, which was cancelled.  The May 6, 2021 meeting will be held at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices (City Hall), 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 in the Auditorium.
