In accordance with the provisions of Act 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, as amended, the Open Meetings Act, notice is given that

THE ROCHESTER HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION

AND

THE ROCHESTER HILLS CITY COUNCIL

will hold a SPECIAL JOINT MEETING on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. on the second floor at 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan.

The main purpose of the Special Joint Meeting is to discuss planning items, transportation and historic districts.

The Official Minutes of a Special Meeting are on file in the City Clerk's Office and the approved Minutes shall be available for public inspection no later than five (5) business days after the meeting at which the Minutes are approved by City Council.
