Adoption of a Resolution to Adjourn to Closed Session immediately following the adjournment of the Special Meeting held, Monday, February 25, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. to consult with its attorneys regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with specific pending litigation (International Outdoor, Inc. v City of Rochester Hills, USDC Case No. 17 CV 13970) and to update City Council on the tentative agreement reached with IAFF Local 3472, the progress of mediation hearing with MAFF Local 50 and the status of contract discussions with AFSCME Local 1917
