will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss regular business.  The meeting is a rescheduling of the October 19, 2017 Regular Meeting which has been cancelled.  The meeting will be held in Conference Room 221 at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Dr., Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309.
