will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 7:00  p.m. in place of the March 21, 2017 Regular Meeting to discuss regular business.  The meeting will be held in the Auditorium at City Hall, 1000 Rochester HIlls Drive, Rochester Hills, MI  48309.
