will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss regular business.  The meeting takes the place of the October 20, 2016 Regular Meeting, which was cancelled.  The meeting will be held in Conference Room 221 (Planning) at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309.
