In accordance with the provisions of Act 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, as amended, the Open Meetings Act, NOTICE WAS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochester Hills Planning Commission will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium at City Hall, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, to consider the final condominium plan approval request (and other associated approvals) for the proposed Walton Oaks condominium development.
