Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of Act 267 of the Public Acts of 1976, the Open Meetings Act, that the Rochester Hills Brownfield Redevelopment Authority will hold a special meeting on February 29, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. to consider approval of a reimbursement request associated with the cost for eligible activities completed for the Rochester/Avon Retail Development at 945-975 S. Rochester Rd., and for administrative business.
