Location:  2300 W. Auburn Road, located on the north side of Auburn Road, 
west of Crooks Road, Parcel Identification Number 15-29-453-024, and zoned 
B-1, Local Business.
 
Request:  A request for a variance of 4.5 feet from Section 138-5.100 
(Schedule of Regulations) of the Code of Ordinances, which requires a 
minimum rear yard setback of 50 feet in the B-1, Local Business Zoning 
district.  The submitted application for a proposed addition to the existing 
structure indicates a rear yard setback of 45.5 feet.
