| Request: A variance of 576 square feet from Section 138-10.105 |

| (Accessory Structures - Exceptions) of the Code of Ordinances, which limits |
|
| the combined floor area of all detached accessory structures located on an |
|
| acreage lot to the ground floor living area of the main building or 1,520 |
|
| square feet, whichever is less. A barn and shed exist on the site with a |
|
| combined area of 1,773.57 square feet. Those structures are lawful |
|
| nonconformities and may continue. Therefore, the variance is required only |
|
| for the new 576 square foot garage which is proposed over and above the |
|
| area of the existing lawful nonconformities. |
