Whereas, the Public Hearing for the proposed RARA FY 2021 4^th Quarter Budget Amendments was noticed on November 23, 2021; and

Whereas, the proposed RARA FY 2021 4^th Quarter Budget Amendments were available for public viewing beginning on December 3, 2021; and

Whereas, at its December 13, 2021 meeting City Council held a Public Hearing on the proposed RARA FY 2021 4^th Quarter Budget Amendments.

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby adopts the RARA FY 2021 fund total as amended in the amount of $1,902,720.
