Whereas, negotiations between the City of Rochester Hills and MAFF Local 50 have resulted in a tentative one-year agreement, for the period of January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.
Resolved, that City Council hereby grants approval of the settlement agreement for the above contract term.
