Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Sanitary Sewer Service Agreement between the Palazzolo Bros of Oakland, L.L.C., a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 3737 Cherry Creek Lane, Sterling Heights, MI 48314, the City of Rochester and the City of Rochester Hills for the 830 Harding Avenue Development Parcel D, Parcel No 15-15-182-046.
Further Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk execute the Agreement and return it to the City of Rochester for execution and recording with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
