Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Second Amendment to Agreement for Maintenance of Storm Water Retention System between the City of Rochester Hills and RPT Realty, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, whose address is 19 W. 44th Street, Suite 1002, New York, New York 10036, for the Winchester Center Land Division, Parcel #15-22-226-019.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
