Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a blanket purchase/contract for construction engineering services for the Hamlin Road Reconstruction Project to Nowak and Fraus Engineers, Pontiac, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $466,752.00 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute an agreement on behalf of the City.
