Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes Blanket Purchase Order/Contract for the purchase of fireworks for the Festival of the Hills and Light the Village fireworks display for 2021 in the amount not-to-exceed $50,000.00 to American Fireworks, Hudson, Ohio.

Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
