Resolved, that an Ordinance to amend Division 4, Article VI of Chapter 70, E-Cigarettes, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan, to modify the age limits and to repeal conflicting or inconsistent Ordinances is hereby Accepted for Second Reading and Adoption and shall become effective on Monday, February 1, 2021 following its publication in the Oakland Press on Sunday, January 31, 2021.
