Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Intercounty Drain Agreement between the City and Gibson Intercounty Drain Drainage Board, Lansing, MI, City of Sterling Heights, Sterling Heights, MI, and City of Troy, Troy, Michigan to perform a drainage study over the watercourse between Dequindre and Ryan Roads in Sterling Heights and authorizes the City's portion of the payment for the study in the amount of $9,300.00 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
