Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Sanitary Sewer Service Agreement between the Charter Township of Shelby, the City of Rochester Hills and Vitaliano and Monica Terracciano whose address is 19910 Westchester Drive, Clinton Township, MI 48038 for Christenbury Site Condominium-Unit 2, part of parcel numbers 15-01-278-005 and 15-01-278-007.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
