Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Water Detention System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Lake Michigan Credit Union, a State Chartered Credit Union, whose address is PO Box 2848, Grand Rapids, MI 49501, for Lake Michigan Credit Union, Parcel #15-03-451-029.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
