Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Sewer System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Crestwyck Estates, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 14955 Technology Dr., Shelby Township, MI 48315, for Crestwyck Estates, Parcel Numbers 15-24-301-077 through 15-24-301-080.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
