Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a Sanitary Sewer Easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel Numbers 15-24-301-077 through 15-24-301-080, granted by Crestwyck Estates, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 14955 Technology Dr., Shelby Township, MI 48315, for Crestwyck Estates.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
