Resolved, that a Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a Quit Claim Deed granted by Crestwyck Estates, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 14955 Technology Dr., Shelby Township, MI 448315, for Crestwyck Estates.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the Quit Claim Deed with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
