Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Maintenance Agreement for Maintenance and Repair of Private Road between the City of Rochester Hills and Crestwyck Estates, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 14955 Technology Dr., Shelby Township, MI 48315, for Crestwyck Estates.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
