Resolved, that the City of Rochester Hills hereby authorizes the purchase of eleven (11) Boss Snow Plows and Two (2) sets of Plow Wings in the amount of $59,204.00 to Weingartz, Utica, Michigan.
Further resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
