Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a blanket purchase order/contract for 2020 lawn mowing services for City-owned properties, shoulder right of ways, pathways, and ordinance compliance for occupied and vacant lots to Green Meadows, Rochester Hills, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $175,500.00 through December 31, 2020 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract on behalf of the City.
Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
