Request for Approval of the Settlement Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 3472

Whereas, negotiations between the City of Rochester Hills and IAFF Local 3472 to add full-time Fire Fighter/EMTs and 12-hour shift Fire Fighter/Paramedics to the bargaining unit have resulted in a Memorandum of Agreement to amend the current collective bargaining agreement in effect through December 31, 2021.
Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby grants approval of the amended collective bargaining agreement through the term of the contract.
