Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a Temporary Turnaround Easement for the operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a paved 40’ radius temporary turnaround for fire and emergency access on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel Numbers: 15-34-101-073, 15-34-101-074 and 15-34-101-075, granted by L & R Homes, Inc., a Michigan corporation, whose address is 2490 Walton Boulevard, Suite 103, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, for Pine Woods Condominiums.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
