Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a Water Main Easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a water main on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel #15-03-477-012, granted by Chinoski Properties, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 1130 Tienken Ct., Suite 110, Rochester Hills, Michigan, 48306, for Bedford Square/Tienken Ct. Water Main Replacement
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
