Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a Sanitary Sewer Easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel #15-03-477-028, granted by Edward Holowinski and Jozefa Holowinski, his wife, whose address is 2610 Lahser Rd., Bloomfield, Michigan, 48302, for Bedford Square/Tienken Ct. Water Main Replacement.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
