Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Water System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and LRH Development, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is Signature Square II, Suite 300, 25101 Chagrin Blvd., Beachwood, Ohio 44122 for Legacy Apartments, Parcel #15-29-101-022.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
