Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills (f/k/a Township of Avon), hereby agrees to terminate and release the Easement Agreement granted by Michigan Bell Telephone Company of 1365 Cass Avenue, Detroit, Michigan, for road purposes and the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel Nos. 15-03-451-026 and 15-03-451-031.
Be It Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the Termination of Easement Agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
