Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, hereby approves the Storm Water System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and BSS Rochester Hills, LLC, a Missouri Limited Liability Company, of 4825 NW 41St Street, Suite 500, Riverside, Missouri 64150, for Beyond Self Storage, Parcel No. 15-29-276-015.
Be It Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
