Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, hereby approves the storm drainage facility agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Detroit Meeting Rooms, Incorporated, a Michigan Domestic Non-Profit Corporation, of 2144 Grenadier Drive, Troy, Michigan 48098, for Detroit Meeting Room for Parcel No. 15-32-481-025.
Be It Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
