Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the private road maintenance agreement, for maintenance and ingress and egress for public and emergency vehicles and for the performance of public and emergency services over the internal, undedicated roads and for driveways being used in common for vehicular travel, granted by S.E. Michigan Land Holding, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 13001 23 Mile Road, Shelby Twp., MI 48315, for Cumberland Village, parcel Nos. 15-27-101-006 thru 011 and 15-27-101-039 thru 041.
Be It Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
