Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Watermain Easement granted by S.E. Michigan Land Holding, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, of 13001 23 Mile Rd., Shelby Twp., MI 48315, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through, and across land more particularly described as Parcel Nos. 15-27-101-006 thru 011 and 15-27-101-039 thru 041.
Further Be It Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
