Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order/Contract for the construction of the Wetland Boardwalk within Innovation Hills to LJ Construction, Inc., Clifford, Michigan in the amount of $195,850.00 with a 10% project contingency in the amount of $19,585.00 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $215,435.00 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract on behalf of the City.

Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
