Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order/Contract for the construction of the Woodland Boardwalk, Comfort Station, Water Service Lead and Trail Extension within Innovation Hills to LJ Construction, Inc., Clifford, Michigan in the amount of $400,275.00 with a 10% project contingency in the amount of $40,027.50 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $440,302.50 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract on behalf of the City.
Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
