Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a warranty deed granted by MJC Woodland Crossing LLLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 46600 Romeo Plank Rd., Ste 5, Macomb, MI 48044 for Parcel Nos. 15-25-352-017 & 018, for Woodland Crossing.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the warranty deed with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
